A Little Bit About Me
*apologies, there is a lagging issue with the site and I am accidentally clicking on some profiles once and maybe more than that (not lurking out here) - but hey if you fit the criteria, drop a message*

I love travelling - started after uni but that's the problem you can never ever see enough of the world so now I always want to travel. I know I have a good sense of humour (that's probably biased) but I am confident in saying I do. I'm shy at first but through platforms like this I'm a keyboard hero. I work part time for TfL and I absolutely love my job. A lot of people ask me why I don't work full time but I am someone who likes to balance their life to enjoy life and work so I've taken a paycut enabling me to have so much more time to do things I enjoy.

One of my prized possessions is that I own a 20" BMX (sadly I am afraid now all the kids want to steal it) and I love swimming, sadly if you are lucky enough to come with me swimming the curse is I never want to get out of the pool.

I am geeky in the book worm sense, I love to read, I love sci-fi and all kinds of adventures. I am most likely to be random and I have a thing for Turkish cuisine.

I've thought about going back to studying and so the possibility of studying is in the air (if that is an issue for you).

I have a very large family (Alhamdulillah) they can at times be quite frankly annoying but they're cool. As you can imagine just from reading this I most definitely am the coolest aunt (I do have confirmation via a screenshot taken lol).

In terms of religion I practise the five pillars of Islam and in no way has it hindered me in my life rather it has allowed me to blossom. It's given me growth I couldn't have imagined and I thoroughly still get to enjoy everything I used to do but just be mindful of prayer times. I believe everyone is striving for the best and so as long as he is aware of that it wouldn't be an issue for me.

A final note would be that I would like to ask there are pictures we can swap as I intend to know someone for the sake of getting married and I'd like to know who I'm talking to, and if we aren't attracted to respectfully end it there

What I Am Looking For
I don't want to sound cliche but a person. Haha, okay no I'm looking for someone who is family orientated and also understands that my family is just as important and can give the same amount of respect I give his.

A person whom understands our religion and the distinction between culture and religion and acts upon Islam. I have so much to learn and I would like someone who is also on the path of learning.

A person who enjoys travelling (this is a very must). My type of travelling isn't in sleeping at the beach getting a tan, I want to dive in to the local culture scene, go on expeditions and I'm more than open to roughing it out to get more out of the holiday. If you can have similar hobbies to me then why have you been hiding away?! (This can be discussed later lol) and even if it's not similar interests something we can get to explore (hint: I've always wanted to learn to surf).

I want to to carry on working after marriage so someone who is understanding of the importance of working (I am not saying work is my life but I do enjoy having something to do).

If he could have the height I would absolutely be ecstatic with that. Well that'd be a bonus, but 5'8 and above as I'm 5'4 and I don't wear heels as it is but I wouldn't want to be level headed with you if I chose to wear heels

And finally,
I dislike people who have terrible grammar or very poor spelling.

And on that note, I do not have a specific race i'm inclined to, I believe in interracial marriages.
